SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of some of the Airecraft products, a shipping time cannot be guaranteed. The approximate turn around time for custom airbrushed orders can be anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on current volume. If you need to know specifics on a time frame please contact Shane at 904-222-1148 or email airecraftorders@gmail.com. Jewelry orders will typically be shipped the same day unless back-ordered. Back-ordered items typically ship 3 days after purchase. Your payment will not be processed until order ships.
Due to the custom nature of the airbrushed products returns are not possible unless granted by Aircraft. On very rare occasions we have accepted returns on airbrushed products if the reason is feasible. So please be sure that when ordering all names and colors are correct before submitting your order.
If you don't love it we'll take it back.
We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement, refund within 30 days of receipt. Orders over $100.00 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned Products, Airecraft returns the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
